The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Minimum of 45 ECE completed credits required. 

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of starting pay of  $29.79/hourly based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
